本产品集成了AI、AO、DO功能，能对AI、AO进行升压、降压处理，同时，DO功能有高边输出、低边输出以及高阻态输出，功能对应板卡的输出以及采集能力，进行电压的转换，壳体为标准1U铝制壳体，配以定制面板，以适应客户需求。

开关量切换的实现方式是用MOS管的作为开关来完成的，MOS的开关速率比较高，且管内部集成了一个续流二极管，当外部接有感性的负载，断电时，会出现反向电动势，该二极管可以在这时候泄放感性负载带来的反向电动势，起到保护的作用。且每个端口都可以承受直流60V的电压，使用寿命也远远高于继电器。
